The first PIF short-term mission team to Nicaragua was crafted in the Summer of 2004. Since 2004, each year, around February, a team of wide-ranging ages and professional/academic backgrounds commit to months of concentrated, passionate time of preparation until their departure in July. The training period takes aim in becoming a team rooted in prayer, and assembles VBS programs and services for children, students, and adults. We also have our educators provide our teachers in Nicaragua with the latest professional development workshops. Each year, we have our members return from Nicaragua with a life-changing testimony.
